A project undertaken in joint venture with Higgs & Hill PLC on site of 3.4ha (8.5 acres) acquired in 1993 for the development of a scheme of 13,935 m2 (150,0000 sq ft) of B1/B2/B8 industrial / warehouse units ranging from 929 m2 (10,000sq.ft) to 3,716 m2 (40,000 sq.ft). Forward funding was provided by Barclays Bank Staff Pension Fund.
